其实以前中国败诉为主，30年来，多数CASE都被罚钱，钱也都交了。这次中国WIN, 美国不执行也没办法。其实本来就是这样，国与国之间，弱国跟大国谈判，其实就是看大国喜欢哪样才行，不喜欢的，根本没地说理。说到底，这世界还是看谁强大。
