更新美国护照，加急到底要多久啊

不想本人去排队，那基本上一天就废了，但是加急服务网站上写的时间相互冲突啊

加急但不用本人去的选项是少于8周，那到底是不是2-3周呢，真是乱！
有姐妹 有经验吗，求教！

好多地方可以预约续护照，邮局都可以，不需要排队啊

We got it within a month (routine, not expedited).
Check whether you can renew online, if not, make a reservation at your local postal office.

少于八周旅行不是办护照需要的时间

我没有加急，也就两周拿到了，上个月办的。

如果是成人换护照，现在是要求网上填表邮寄过去。比登出来的办证时间要快，记得好像两三个礼拜就收到了。我们这儿如果不是小孩或第一次办护照，邮局不办理。
另外如果第一次办或小孩办，可以邮局网上预约时间，大概一个护照15分钟时间段，加等的时间，大概半个小时就行。带齐表格所需文件就好。

感谢大家的数据，看来没有网站写的那么夸张，不过我在湾区，之前预约了时间去办护照也等了好久，人实在太多。网上不知道会不会也比别的地方慢一些

最快的加急是当天拿新护照啊。

我最快一次是第二天拿到。。。就是加急费比较贵
