Acropolis Museum -- Step free, wheelchair accessible. 1hour for fast visit, 2-3hours for details. It is designed for tourists who don't want to climb up Arcopolis.
You can buy tickets online and print the payment email, show directly to the ticket desk when you are there. Cheaper than get it on site.
There are other museums but I would not advise for a half day visit if you are not solid history fan.
It is located at the south of Acropolis area which is cleanest and safest area in Athens, Olympic level accessibility and 1st world feeling around. Loads of restaurants nearby. Also you may consider to "park" your parents in some cafe and climb uphill to Acropolis yourself. North of Acropolis, Plaka neighborhood is beautiful but may need some climbing, so you may be not interested.
A short easy walk to Hellenic Parliament if you fancy walking: Passing the famous Yorgut bar (Fresko Yogurt Bar Acropoli) then walk along Leoforos Vasilisis Amalias Street (plain no stairs), though National Garden which is very nice in good weather.
You can take underground from port to Acropoli station which is just in front of Acropolis Museum. Or you may just use taxi which is very cheap in Athens.

出租车很方便。也很便宜。

叫车很方便。160欧5小时太贵了，又不用开很远。。 市中心很小，很多地方走路就够了，还有地铁，打个车也才几块钱起价。
