This unique scrambled eggs provides me with plenty of energy and essential nutrients. It kick-starts my metabolism, helping me burn calories throughout the day. It will be perfect if it serves with a cup of milk or juice.

Ingredients :
Egg 2
Green bell pepper 15g
Red bell pepper 20g
White button mushroom 15g
Potato 25g
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon

Method :
1. Cut green bell pepper and red bell pepper into small cubes; cut white button mushroom and potato into shreds
2. Beat two eggs
3. Heat a pan over high heat and add 1 tablespoon oil; stir fry all the veggies till they are cooked; add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, stir fry briefly to mix with other ingredients; add egg liquid and turn heat to medium-avoid to burn the egg; flip over to the other side when the bottom side of the egg liquid is cooked; It’s done when all the egg liquid is cooked

食材:
鸡蛋 2个
青椒 15克
红椒 20克
白蘑菇 15克
土豆 25克
盐 1克
油 15ml

方法:
1. 青红椒切小丁;蘑菇和土豆切细条
2. 打2 个鸡蛋
3. 大火热锅,加油15ml;炒熟蔬菜,加盐1克翻炒均匀;倒入蛋液转中火,底部蛋液煎熟后翻面;所有蛋液煎熟后出锅

非常简单,又营养。唯一加的调味料就是一点点盐。

近期试着把蛋直接打在黄油翻炒的嫩豆腐上,所谓豆(腐)蛋,还可以。
