Responsible for customer service, present price & availability information to customers, support of our outside sales force. • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns. • Contact customers following processing of purchase orders with availability/shipment information to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction • Setup & maintain customer files. • Generate monthly reports (Salesforce CRM and SAP) per accounting protocol. • Work with Logistic Coordinator to fulfill all customers’ orders. • Manage the US warehouse & inventory. • Support & oversee all logistical issues (China) • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery & expedite as needed
