因为从小没有言传身教，我工作这几年一直也不会拍马屁。身边倒是有个中国同事，经常到处拍同事和领导的马屁。但是我觉得技巧可能差了些，有些年长的同事还挺反感被他拍的。不过他的方式我也学不来。身边印度人呢，明面上拍的很隐蔽啊。我想学都学不到。背地里估计没少拍。

就是你在夸人家的时候，真的是认为他这点是好的，再烂的人也有好的地方，就看你愿不愿意去找。
记住，一定要夸细节，细节，细节，重要的事情说三遍。

拍马屁很简单，就是你要喜欢你周围的人。当你真心的喜欢周围的人，你说出来的话，他们自然就会爱听。如果你不喜欢对方，只是出于功利的目的去恭维对方，你绞尽脑汁效果也不会好，别当别人是傻子，你的领导更是比你精明。
比如老板，人家也是一步一个脚印走上来的，
技术好的，会交际的，抱对大腿的，苦干996的。总不能技术好的老板你专挑人家不会交际，抱大腿的你挑人家不996。
要是那个老板实在是舔跪上来的，那就不拍马屁又如何。
