call 海航客服. I have booked Cathaypacific (award ticket) on AA and called Cathaypacific right after the booking (with Cathay record locator). The wheelchair was waiting at the checkin 9 months later and took my mum straight to the F lounge @ JFK. They (Cathay) also handled transfer in HKG (from lounge to the gate) to Hangzhou. I would think 海航 has similar procedures.
1,不是第一次订海航的机票(今年还给自己+娃+ld订过回国的机票,但那时不需要轮椅服务,所以没注意),给父母订的时候全程我一直都盯着,还是没看到有选择的地方,难道是要订完票后给海航打电话?
2,因为是两个航空公司执飞,是海航提供轮椅服务还是alaska提供呢?
