他们的退休金有超过每人1.2W,不过中国的退休金可以exempt对吧?
只要你确认中国的退休金可以exempt,父母的其他收入不超过$24000,应该可以不报税。
你需要确认每年在美国待半年是不是可以exempt中国的退休金,这个我不清楚。
