My point is that "deserve" has nothing to do with it at all. If you get drunk to the point of losing your senses, you open yourself up to those who might do you harm. My point goes past the topic of drinking. Say you make a practice of walking alone at night with expensive clothes through a high-crime neighborhood. No you don't DESERVE to be robbed, but that's what is likely to happen. It is not victim shaming to identify the mistakes of others where it involves safety or wellbeing.

我认为,不管是drunk,not drunk,都要为自己的行为负责。你选择drunk,而身边没有照顾你的人,那么你可能要bear更大的risk,坏人会take advantage of your situation。

美国的drinking party跟flirting文化真是很害人啊。一堆青春期孩子干柴烈火的还浇上酒精 女生各种穿着打扮都是尽显挑逗的 popular的男生也是一堆往上扑的。总会有出事的时候。最后男生女生都受惩罚
