我记得李玫瑾上圆桌派的时候就是说要告 不要像你自己有没有充分的证据。大家都这么做 好不好这个人就有五个证据不足的举报,那就有调查的条件了
公司的背景调查主要查的就是这些

他在公司内公开场合开黄腔,不是谈话对象只是在公共场合看到听到的人,觉得不舒服,一样可以报告要求其停止。
不对吧,这边法律都是疑罪从无,哪有反过来的,楼主这种只能内部记录提醒,如果举报的人多了或者有实证才能处理

总有人在说 “爆料”, 究竟有哪些 是可以在此处 抖出来的?比如:真名实姓,公司名称,简单或具体事实,照片,这些都可以抖出来是么?

既然都离开了,那更应该告了,现在总算有人敢于说出自己的事情,说明去FB的抗议起到了效果,那位逝去的FB员工在天之灵也会欣慰的!希望更多的人说出自己的故事,更希望我们可以有一个稳定渠道去对抗这些欺凌和骚扰
