A bill that would halt employment-based immigration from any countries other than India or China is headed back to the floor of the U.S. Senate next week. 说的好像对中国有很大好处似的。至少未来十年对中国也没啥好处啊……

应该把哪个单个国家最大限额85%调低到50%什么的比较合理, 好几年的GC被一个国家垄断感觉也太离谱了. 还有不该先整顿H1B再来扯CAP?
