求助：修车问题

求助家住温哥华的mm，第一次遇到修车的问题，昨天晚上车子突然启动不了了，就是启动的时候，旋转钥匙，没有任何声音，是电池的问题吗？这种情况是必须拖车到汽车修理店吗？有上门服务的修车师傅吗？

估計忘了關車燈沒電，

either battery died or starter died.
you can use your friend's car to jump up your car, if it works, then you can replace the battery.

90% 是电池的问题。一般不用换电池。找个有 jump cable 的邻居／朋友帮你 jump 一下就行了。把车启动以后不要熄火，开车出去逛一圈，20／30分钟。充充电。

Or the alternator. But again, 90% chance it is the battery.
