又是肺癌，求bless

家里老人，80多岁了
肺上长了东西，前几年做CT显示的都是良性，今年变成恶性了
年纪太大动不了手术了
做了基因检测，目前还没有找到靶向药
这么大年纪做化疗什么的应该也吃不消
有懂得MM进来说说吗

这种年纪大的一般只能保守治疗不能大动，不然发展更快老人也更痛苦。好在癌症在老年人身体里发展非常慢，就当慢性病，想开点慢慢吃药不要太在意了

80多岁了，好几年才转成恶性说明发展很慢，好好享受生活，不用管它就好了，我有个亲戚也是类似情况，家人瞒着没有什么治疗，最后走也不是肺癌走的。

你可以打听一下有个小手术类似打一针的治疗叫做粒子植入，朋友妈妈也是这样情况，植入两个月了现在，肿瘤小了三分之一。最近情况很好。

我奶奶八十查出肺癌，医生建议不治疗，因为年纪大受不了，死得更快。回来喝了两个月的中药，然后慢慢拖 到现在还好好的 都三四年了，每年冬天天气冷了就得去两趟医院 因为会疼 会喘不过气 要挂水吃药 也是只能养着 没别的办法 ---发自Huaren 官方 iOS APP
