I love mine. I sleep much better in the preset zero gravity position with my feet and head elevated. For those that worries about it looks too plain, the bed frame has zero clearance, which allows it to sit directly on wood or metal bed support slats (with legs removed). You can also get the headboard adaptor so you can install your own headboard. You have to make sure you get the specific mattress that works with the adjustable bed frame I think. Using the frame eliminates the need for a box spring. The legs can be adjusted to different heights as well. The only negative thing I can think of is this thing is VERY HEAVY, weighing couple hundred pounds. I had to have two big guys help me move it.
I think she/he is referring to a regular foldable cot, not the adjustable frame you have in mind. The adjustable frame is not something you can easily put it away when not in use. This thing is very heavy.
