Not every baby will develop fever after taking immunization shots. Neither of my two sons had fever. Tylenon usually reduces baby's temperature within an hour, so there is no need for baby to take it ahead. Breastfeeding offers great comfort to baby if he/she gets fussy after taking the shots.

My son did and he didn't have a fever. Instead, he slept for almost two days. :)
