想起前两周在skincarerx上买东西,有个100刀的精华给我寄了两瓶过来。我也是好心online chat告诉客服多寄了一瓶,心想客服给我个label就给他们寄回去。结果客服说他们的label不是prepaid,让我自己去寄,然后找他们refund邮费。至此我已经一肚子不满了,更过分的是,他们的客服信箱没人看,找他们refund还需要专门去网上找个链接,把来龙去脉再说一遍,然后上传shipping receipt。敢情我好心告诉他们这事,最后还要倒贴那么多的时间,有没有搞错。 最后我跟克服抱怨这个狗屁政策,客服说,她把这个事情跟customer relation那边说一下,看他们有没有别的解决办法,让我等邮件。然后我第二天一早收到customer relation那边的邮件,让我不用寄了,keep as a gift。然而心头还是很不爽,毕竟我前一晚上都耗进去了。 有些公司的政策就是很傻。作为对比,之前amazon多寄了东西,爽快地给了label就寄回去了,双方都没麻烦。

想起我前几个月买dyson的吹风机,结果寄来了一套卷发棒,价值比吹风机贵不少,我联系他们,上门来pick up 了卷发棒,过了两天来了个包裹,里面居然还是一套卷发棒,只好又联系他们,等着上门pick up,居然没人来,后来终于送来了吹风机,又联系他们,表示没人来PIckup 就留着吧,会送礼物给我表示歉意?居然又给我寄了一套梳子毛巾什么的。。。
不然你自己留着吧
就问问他们如果你落了东西在梅西商店,能不能说梅西必须负责给你送回家不然就算偷盗?那个客服深井冰。

从前没有网购的时候, 好像的确是应该自己还回去的, 但是现在你这买都是网上买的, 当然应该他们出return label然后你寄回去, 既然人家懒得做你也别还了, 直接换版出了就行了。

估计东西不值钱,不值得来回的邮费。
我连续两个月收到过American express 的账单,打开一看不是我的,是给在另外一个八杆子打不着的州的同姓人。给客服打电话,她反过来指责我打开人家的信,违背了人家的隐私。气得我把电话挂了。当然后来再也没收到过那个人的账单了。
自从costco不用American Express以后,我把它家的卡全部取消了。
好心开车去还 还不回收
amex的服务是最好的啊,比discover都好,你碰上神经病了
