我是大面上非常讨厌印度人的。但是生活工作中有些比例印度人也没有那么高调,人也老实,我觉得挺好。我还认识小印不爱在领导前面晃不喜欢做大presentation呢。
因为印度人善于Take别人的Credit,极为抱团,善于取悦公司的Owner,所以能当上CXO。
在本国搞公司创业以上几个优势都没用,必须从头开始苦干,没有别人的Credit可拿,所以就露馅了。
过人之处就是有你我不知道的背景。绝不是能力或运气能解释的。
建立关系网,把各位大BOSS舔好,Take各种Credit,不要捅篓子就好了,这是烙印的强项。不是神助,而是人助。
推钢琴算个屁的推艺术。就是个演奏者而已,创造性忽略不计,和艺术几乎不沾边。
