我不是特别看得懂，大概感觉好像肝有问题。是这样吗？这孩子腹胀，气体极多，特别是晚上腹胀得厉害，早上刚起床会好点，平时一吃油腻就拉稀，经常流鼻血。我怀疑表妹的孩子是不是有肝硬化。

b超问题不大， 门静脉稍高回声在小儿阶段没有特异性，有些肝病早期可以造成门脉回声增强，但不能靠这个诊断。 查肝功吧，查凝血功能。
