国内卖家因为某些原因不能在ebay上卖东西，所以“骗”lz开卖家账号代卖东西，把东西发货给lz然后lz转销？

美国肯定不是不让卖ＤＶＤ,只是不让卖盗版。
卖出去的直接联系买家return/refund就好了。

其次，你会不知道是盗版，会不知道盗版不能这么买卖？
如果你明知是假碟子，却按正版碟卖的话，那就。。。吃一堑长一智吧，以后不要再贪这种钱赚了，你把和真实卖家的来往记录给ebay看，应该是可以解释的。总之，以后不要再干这种事情了

楼主应该知道卖的是假货，所谓的被骗，只是被国内的人忽悠说在ebay上卖没问题。

解决办法。
已经邮寄出去的，你就当是亏钱买教训了吧。如果你不甘心，那就和买家商量看看能不能让人家给你邮寄回来。
ebay的warning，应该不用太在意，在ebay上卖假货的多了。你以后别再干就是了。
报警好了。

好久没看到说话像lz这么不清楚的人了…
LZ是卖主， 东西又不是LZ发货？难道LZ只是作为收款方收买家的钱， 然后付款给第三方， 第三方则直接发货给买家。LZ只是银子一进一出赚差价， 实际东西是啥完全不知道， 是这个意思嘛？ps, LZ 敢不敢把买和卖分清楚了， 俩完全意义相反的字混着用， 真让人捉急。

读书时候不懂事，在Amazon买羊绒围巾，30一条，也没有便宜到哪儿去，其实（非仿大牌，就是普通纯色的，号称羊绒）。买了3条。 送人以后被指出不是羊绒，尴尬死了。拍照，投诉！ 结果那商家被封了。
后来还有一次，买BBR围巾，200美金！这个是换班的价格，觉得合理，买了，Amazon.结果呢，发现卖家是中国last name，觉得不妙，打开一看，果然是假货。不想打击国人，联系卖家，说退货即可，卖家比我还凶，要扣来回运费十几刀，当初amazon都是无理由退货呢！拍照投诉，卖家被封了。
从此以后，不买非amazon自家的东西，品牌货打折只去官网，正规大商店官网买。便宜又放心。
LZ这种钻空子的行为太可恶了。知假卖假，只是warning应该觉得走运。

卖家是怎么骗人的？
国内卖盗版（假货）的找在美国的（需要地址等等）。这个华人常有类似片子广告，“诚招兼职”“业余时间”“不错收入”“不难也不花多少时间”
--》楼主不知道在哪儿看到这种广告（也许就是华人上看到的），贪便宜心里联系国内卖家
--》楼主按对方指导用自己信息发布ebay list ,
--》 如果是软件估计最简单收钱email发系列号，nike鞋实物国内发货
基本楼主理论上没事赚个几分之几的commission , 现在出事了责任在list 这些东西的楼主
天下没有免费午餐，来到他乡吃一亏长一智吧
不要在美国卖盗版软件之类的，特别如果楼主胆子如自己形容的这么小，没有随时被告被查被大笔罚款的勇气的话。
大早上看到急急急就进来了，相信很多mm也是一样，进来看到这么个不清不楚的贴子，弄明白原来是自己卖盗版碟招来的事情，mm你也太透支大家的好心了
你讲故事就讲清楚点，别这么讲一半的信息。这样故意遮掩，说明你挺明白的。
还有你卖的东西的来源听重要的。我以前研究生同学就是卖“便宜”的真货，后来被fbi抓，然后deport回中国了。
