•Log on to your account. •Under the "My Accounts" menu, select Buy & sell. •Choose Exchange Vanguard funds. •Select the traditional IRA(s) you want to convert.
但是 当我选＂where＇s the money going ＂， 我选 roth IRA。 系统自动跳出 " roth conversion are not eligible for cross platform transactions"
