The changes comes a little over a week after WikiLeaks originally released its Stochastic Terminator, when Julian Assange still had internet access in the Embassy.

Donald J. Trump, the Republican nominee for president, will lay out a specific and detailed vision for the United States of America in a Saturday address that will focus on his closing argument for the campaign and on his first 100 days in office should he win, aides told reporters late Friday night.

FIRST, cancel every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum and order issued by President Obama SECOND, begin the process of selecting a replacement for Justice Scalia from one of the 20 judges on my list, who will uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States THIRD, cancel all federal funding to Sanctuary Cities FOURTH, begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the country and cancel visas to foreign countries that won’t take them back FIFTH, suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur. All vetting of people coming into our country will be considered extreme vetting.
Next, I will work with Congress to introduce the following broader legislative measures and fight for their passage within the first 100 days of my Administration:
1. Middle Class Tax Relief And Simplification Act. An economic plan designed to grow the economy 4% per year and create at least 25 million new jobs through massive tax reduction and simplification, in combination with trade reform, regulatory relief, and lifting the restrictions on American energy. The largest tax reductions are for the middle class. A middle-class family with 2 children will get a 35% tax cut. The current number of brackets will be reduced from 7 to 3, and tax forms will likewise be greatly simplified. The business rate will be lowered from 35 to 15 percent, and the trillions of dollars of American corporate money overseas can now be brought back at a 10 percent rate. 2. End The Offshoring Act. Establishes tariffs to discourage companies from laying off their workers in order to relocate in other countries and ship their products back to the U.S. tax-free. 3. American Energy & Infrastructure Act. Leverages public-private partnerships, and private investments through tax incentives, to spur $1 trillion in infrastructure investment over 10 years. It is revenue neutral. 4. School Choice And Education Opportunity Act. Redirects education dollars to gives parents the right to send their kid to the public, private, charter, magnet, religious or home school of their choice. Ends common core, brings education supervision to local communities. It expands vocational and technical education,and make 2and4-year college more affordable. 5. Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act. Fully repeals Obamacare and replaces it with Health Savings Accounts, the ability to purchase health insurance across state lines, and lets states manage Medicaid funds. Reforms will also include cutting the red tape at the FDA: there are over 4,000 drugs awaiting approval, and we especially want to speed the approval of life-saving medications. 6. Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act. Allows Americans to deduct childcare and elder care from their taxes, incentivizes employers to provide on-side childcare services, and creates tax-free Dependent Care Savings Accounts for both young and elderly dependents, with matching contributions for low-income families. 7. End Illegal Immigration Act. Fully-funds the construction of a wall on our southern border with the full understanding that the country Mexico will be reimbursing the United States for the full cost of such wall; establishes a 2 -year mandatory minimum federal prison sentence for illegally re-entering the U.S. after a previous deportation, and a 5-year mandatory minimum for illegally re-entering for those with felony convictions, multiple misdemeanor convictions or two or more prior deportations; also reforms visa rules to enhance penalties for overstaying and to ensure open jobs are offered to American workers first. 8. Restoring Community Safety Act. Reduces surging crime, drugs and violence by creating a Task Force On Violent Crime and increasing funding for programs that train and assist local police; increases resources for federal law enforcement agencies and federal prosecutors to dismantle criminal gangs and put violent offenders behind bars. 9. Restoring National Security Act. Rebuilds our military by eliminating the defense sequester and expanding military investment; provides Veterans with the ability to receive public VA treatment or attend the private doctor of their choice; protects our vital infrastructure from cyber-attack; establishes new screening procedures for immigration to ensure those who are admitted to our country support our people and our values 10. Clean up Corruption in Washington Act. Enacts new ethics reforms to Drain the Swamp and reduce the corrupting influence of special interests on our politics.
On November 8th, Americans will be voting for this 100-day plan to restore prosperity to our economy, security to our communities, and honesty to our government.

“President Lincoln served at time of division like we’ve never seen before. It is my hope that we can look at his example to heal the divisions we are living through right now,” Trump stated, noting that he isn’t a politician. “When I saw the trouble our country was in, I knew I couldn’t stand by and watch any longer. “According to Pew, there are 24 million voter registrations in the United States that are either invalid or significantly inaccurate,” Trump claimed.
He noted there are 1.8 million dead people registered to vote “and some of them are voting.” Trump also said that 2.8 million people are registered in more than one state to vote and that 14 percent of non-citizens are registered to vote.
“The system is also rigged because Hillary Clinton should have been precluded from running for the presidency of the United States, but the FBI and the Justice Department covered up her crimes,” Trump stated about his opponent, adding that Hillary Clinton is running against change.
“There’s nothing better or stronger than the American character,” he declared, asking voters to rise above the noise from what he calls a rigged system and rigged media.
The Republican nominee laid out his plan for his first 100 days in office if he is to become President of the United States, listing six measures he plans to execute in order to clean up special interests and collusion in Washington, D.C.
The six measures include:

At this point Donald Trump has both momentum and enthusiasm. Distrust in the mainstream media is blunting the impact of the collective polling narrative. As Election Day approaches, Hillary Clinton’s favorable ratings have crashed to historic lows (12%) in non- partisans and Donald Trump is consolidating support (97% of LV Republican-identifying respondents are either enthusiastic or very enthusiastic about voting for Trump).
Among independents, Hillary voters who are exposed to any alternative media (73%) are aware of the WikiLeaks emails and find them either disturbing (54%) or deeply disturbing (18%). Among liberal-identifying whites, support is shifting from Hillary (-27 since October 1st) to Donald Trump (78%) or Jill Stein (21%).
For voters who solely consume mainstream media only 28% are aware of the WikiLeaks emails and of those, only 8% are aware of the content. For these voters Clinton leads Trump by +8.
Minority voters are less likely to consume alternative media (only 14%) and are less likely to be aware of the email leak (only 18% for males, 9% for females). Even with this group, enthusiasm is down 63 points compared to October 2008.
On other fronts, the counter-narrative is failing as well. Most heavy consumers of social media understand that the allegations against Donald Trump of sexual misconduct have largely been debunked (77%). We understand that communications strategies in that space have been unable to reduce the impact of this messaging. Worse, among white males in telephone polling 93% of them either approve (72%) or strongly approve (21%) of Donald Trump’s hot-mic tape.
Only 39% of women approve of them however a majority (64%) say they ‘understand that confident men talk that way.’ In effect, these allegations have been diffused.
On a positive note, most respondents who were liberal-leaning (83%) or Independent (59%) were unaware of the messaging front concerning Bill Clinton’s sexual misconduct. While the vast majority (88%) were aware of consensual extra-marital relationships, the mainstream media approach to the stories has left only 8% of liberal-leaning voters and only 19% of independents aware of the allegations of rape.
On a disturbing note, some 70% of Republican-leaning voters are aware bussed-in voting, false-face operations, and dead-man’s-party registration drives. This may necessitate severe strategy changes for November

● SECOND, a hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition (exempting military, public safety, and public health);
● THIRD, a requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated;
● FOURTH, a 5 year-ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service;
● FIFTH, a lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government;
● SIXTH, a complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections.
On the same day, I will begin taking the following 7 actions to protect American workers:
FIRST, I will announce my intention to renegotiate NAFTA or withdraw from the deal under Article 2205
SECOND, I will announce our withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership
THIRD, I will direct my Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator
FOURTH, I will direct the Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative to identify all foreign trading abuses that unfairly impact American workers and direct them to use every tool under American and international law to end those abuses immediately
FIFTH, I will lift the restrictions on the production of $50 trillion dollars’ worth of job- producing American energy reserves, including shale, oil, natural gas and clean coal.
SIXTH, lift the Obama-Clinton roadblocks and allow vital energy infrastructure projects, like the Keystone Pipeline, to move forward
SEVENTH, cancel billions in payments to U.N. climate change programs and use the money to fix America’s water and environmental infrastructure
Additionally, on the first day, I will take the following five actions to restore security and the constitutional rule of law:
FIRST, cancel every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum and order issued by President Obama
SECOND, begin the process of selecting a replacement for Justice Scalia from one of the 20 judges on my list, who will uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States
THIRD, cancel all federal funding to Sanctuary Cities
FOURTH, begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the
country and cancel visas to foreign countries that won’t take them back
FIFTH, suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur. All vetting of people coming into our country will be considered extreme vetting.
Next, I will work with Congress to introduce the following broader legislative measures and fight for their passage within the first 100 days of my Administration:
1. Middle Class Tax Relief And Simplification Act. An economic plan designed to grow the economy 4% per year and create at least 25 million new jobs through massive tax reduction and simplification, in combination with trade reform, regulatory relief, and lifting the restrictions on American energy. The largest tax reductions are for the middle class. A middle-class family with 2 children will get a 35% tax cut. The current number of brackets will be reduced from 7 to 3, and tax forms will likewise be greatly simplified. The business rate will be lowered from 35 to 15 percent, and the trillions of dollars of American corporate money overseas can now be brought back at a 10 percent rate.
2. End The Offshoring Act. Establishes tariffs to discourage companies from laying off their workers in order to relocate in other countries and ship their products back to the U.S. tax-free.
3. American Energy & Infrastructure Act. Leverages public-private partnerships, and private investments through tax incentives, to spur $1 trillion in infrastructure investment over 10 years. It is revenue neutral.
4. School Choice And Education Opportunity Act. Redirects education dollars to gives parents the right to send their kid to the public, private, charter, magnet, religious or home school of their choice. Ends common core, brings education supervision to local
communities. It expands vocational and technical education,and make 2and4-year college more affordable.
5. Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act. Fully repeals Obamacare and replaces it with Health Savings Accounts, the ability to purchase health insurance across state lines, and lets states manage Medicaid funds. Reforms will also include cutting the red tape at the FDA: there are over 4,000 drugs awaiting approval, and we especially want to speed the approval of life-saving medications.
6. Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act. Allows Americans to deduct childcare and elder care from their taxes, incentivizes employers to provide on-side childcare services, and creates tax-free Dependent Care Savings Accounts for both young and elderly dependents, with matching contributions for low-income families.
7. End Illegal Immigration Act. Fully-funds the construction of a wall on our southern border with the full understanding that the country Mexico will be reimbursing the United States for the full cost of such wall; establishes a 2 -year mandatory minimum federal prison sentence for illegally re-entering the U.S. after a previous deportation, and a 5-year mandatory minimum for illegally re-entering for those with felony convictions, multiple misdemeanor convictions or two or more prior deportations; also reforms visa rules to enhance penalties for overstaying and to ensure open jobs are offered to American workers first.
8. Restoring Community Safety Act. Reduces surging crime, drugs and violence by creating a Task Force On Violent Crime and increasing funding for programs that train and assist local police; increases resources for federal law enforcement agencies and federal prosecutors to dismantle criminal gangs and put violent offenders behind bars.
9. Restoring National Security Act. Rebuilds our military by eliminating the defense sequester and expanding military investment; provides Veterans with the ability to receive public VA treatment or attend the private doctor of their choice; protects our vital infrastructure from cyber-attack; establishes new screening procedures for immigration to ensure those who are admitted to our country support our people and our values
10. Clean up Corruption in Washington Act. Enacts new ethics reforms to Drain the Swamp and reduce the corrupting influence of special interests on our politics.
On November 8th, Americans will be voting for this 100-day plan to restore prosperity to our economy, security to our communities, and honesty to our government.

“President Lincoln served at time of division like we’ve never seen before. It is my hope that we can look at his example to heal the divisions we are living through right now,” Trump stated, noting that he isn’t a politician. “When I saw the trouble our country was in, I knew I couldn’t stand by and watch any longer. “Change has to come from outside our very broken system,” he added, touting that he is the candidate that can create change in Washington, D.C. He referenced a number of problems facing the country, including voter fraud — an issue Trump has discussed recently while on the campaign trail.
“According to Pew, there are 24 million voter registrations in the United States that are either invalid or significantly inaccurate,” Trump claimed.
He noted there are 1.8 million dead people registered to vote “and some of them are voting.” Trump also said that 2.8 million people are registered in more than one state to vote and that 14 percent of non-citizens are registered to vote.
“The system is also rigged because Hillary Clinton should have been precluded from running for the presidency of the United States, but the FBI and the Justice Department covered up her crimes,” Trump stated about his opponent, adding that Hillary Clinton is running against change.
“There’s nothing better or stronger than the American character,” he declared, asking voters to rise above the noise from what he calls a rigged system and rigged media.
The Republican nominee laid out his plan for his first 100 days in office if he is to become President of the United States, listing six measures he plans to execute in order to clean up special interests and collusion in Washington, D.C.
The six measures include:
A constitutional amendment to impose term limits on Congress
A hiring freeze on federal employees in various areas of government
A requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated
A five-year ban on executive government workers becoming lobbyists after leaving public service

Trump went on to discuss a variety of ways that he plans to change government spending, including canceling billions of dollars being sent to the United Nation’s climate change programs as well as canceling federal funding for sanctuary cities.
He promised an economic plan to benefit the American worker and tax reductions for the middle class.

卡扎菲政权一事上，希拉里扮演了决定性的角色，盖茨说，“总统告诉我这是他作出的最艰难的决定之一”，如果不是希拉里的坚持，或许奥巴马就不会敢于利比亚战争。
在埃及动荡的关键时刻，奥巴马政府不顾保守派的疑虑，公开鼓动开罗街头暴动，于2011年1月29日，派遣前驻埃大使威斯纳面见穆巴拉克，强迫穆巴拉克下台并深陷囹圄——而穆巴拉克政权是美国30年来最亲密的盟友之一，几乎对华盛顿言听计从。

梅特涅比拿破仑更清醒地认识到，地缘秩序的稳定，不仅仅在于实力，更在于赖以信任的原则。然而，美国的政治领袖希拉里和奥巴马，显然未能领会到这一点，其对利比亚和埃及的干涉，实际上将产生极其危险的后果。”入侵伊拉克，让非西方的国家意识到与美国为敌是危险的；消灭卡扎菲，让非西方的国家意识到对美国的善意中立无异于灾难；推翻穆巴拉克，则让非西方的国家意识到依靠美国甚至结盟都是致命的。“
这种美国战后累世奠定之信任原则（从罗斯福到里根）的崩溃，实际上是美国战后非西方区域地缘秩序崩解的开始。关于这一点，在推翻穆巴拉克时就疑虑重重的美国前国防部长罗伯特·盖茨曾有过这样的表示：”30年来我们（穆巴拉克与美国）一直是最紧密的盟友，而如果你现在背信弃义，那会将在整个地区产生巨大的影响。“
果不其然，随着穆巴拉克的倒台，美国几乎永久性地丧失了中东地区盟国（以色列除外）的信任，2011年以后，沙特、土耳其等传统盟国与美国之间的关系开始急剧冷却，沙特开始强化海合会，土耳其则试图与中俄接近，类似的效应，近年来甚至蔓延到菲律宾和泰国，总之，美国地缘秩序的根基，在希拉里和奥巴马的错误政策下，遭到了重创。

尽管希拉里不断鼓吹俄罗斯的威胁，但作为一个人口、经济、科技全面萎缩的大国，俄罗斯既没有力量也没有意愿去对抗美国，他甚至召集不到足够的士兵以守卫广袤的边境。对于急剧衰落的俄罗斯来说，他最大的企盼就在于能够维持国家目前的地位，而非扩张。然而，西方在格鲁吉亚和乌克兰地区的政治策动迫使俄国不得不采取军事措施来应对，因为俄罗斯承担不起乌克兰投入西方环抱引发的多米诺后果。
尽管希拉里和奥巴马下意识里将俄罗斯视为敌人，但事实上，作为跨越欧亚的大国，俄罗斯对伊斯兰和中国势力的扩张起着极大地抑制作用，前者是西方愈演愈烈的安全威胁，后者则是西方最强大的商业对手。正是由于俄罗斯的存在，中亚各个伊斯兰世俗国家才能勉强抵御极端宗教势力的不断冲击，高加索地区弱小的基督徒国家才能在伊斯兰扩张力量的威胁下存活下来。同时，也正是由于俄罗斯的制衡，中国始终不能将自己的政治、经济触角深入到中亚和西伯利亚地区。
而且，俄罗斯受自身实力所限和对欧洲严重的经济依赖，其既缺乏力量，也不具备动机去入侵西方的欧洲盟友。
在这种情况下，俄罗斯实际上是西方地缘安全不折不扣的稳定器。恰恰是由于俄罗斯的存在，才使得极端仇视西方的伊斯兰极端势力扩张得到抑制，同时也极大地局限了中国的地缘影响力。一个强有力俄罗斯的存在，将起着无可替代的地缘制衡作用，是全球特别是欧亚均势的关键部分，这对于美国的国家利益至关重要。
况且，一旦俄罗斯真的在奥巴马或者希拉里主导的政策压迫下崩溃，西方在混乱之中几乎不会有任何收获，与之对应的是，伊斯兰的极端宗教力量肯定将在高加索和南俄地区取得真正成功，中亚伊斯兰国家脆弱的世俗政权也将很快崩溃，这将催生无数不可控类似于ISIS的西方死敌；而中国则将轻易地控制广阔无垠的西伯利亚，通过支配丰厚的资源，彻底巩固自身工业的独立性。
这才是西方难以承受的真正噩梦——以一个潜在盟友的崩溃，最终换取无数极端死敌的诞生并极大地加强经济竞争者的优势。从某种程度上来看，希拉里和奥巴马的近年来对俄的挤压政策，实际上正在摧毁对于美国利益至关重大的欧亚地缘均衡。

从现实的角度来看，此类政权即便不是西方的朋友，也绝非敌人。事实上，真正会威胁西方的，恰恰在于这些政权崩溃之后的不可控力量，阿萨德政权虚弱之后产生的ISIS，卡扎菲政权崩溃之后催生的极端宗教组织，以及穆巴拉克下台之后混乱的西奈半岛和穆斯林兄弟会，这些不可控力量远远比先前的独裁者更敌视西方，更敢于对西方动武。ISIS诞生后，层出不穷的恐怖袭击席卷西方世界。而混乱造成的难民潮，更深远地破坏了西方自身的社会结构和政治稳定。
因此，可以毫不夸张地说，希拉里和奥巴马外交政策，本质上都在损害西方自身的安全利益。“Youmeanpissed？Gotheldbywho？Hillary.God.Herinstinctsaresuboptimal.”在10月中旬的维基解密中，希拉里的幕僚以极其轻蔑的口气，评价老板的判断力。（2011年10月18日，美国国务卿希拉里·克林顿乘美军飞机抵达利比亚首都的黎波里，进行事先没有宣布的访问——事实证明，这位前国务卿在阿拉伯之春中的决策是一场灾难）

Executive Overview: Hillary Clinton Flash-Crash to 12% Favorable, Losing 19-77% Nationally
At this point Donald Trump has both momentum and enthusiasm. Distrust in the mainstream media is blunting the impact of the
collective polling narrative. As Election Day approaches, Hillary Clinton’s favorable ratings have crashed to historic lows (12%) in non-
partisans and Donald Trump is consolidating support (97% of LV Republican-identifying respondents are either enthusiastic or very
enthusiastic about voting for Trump).
Among independents, Hillary voters who are exposed to any alternative media (73%) are aware of the WikiLeaks emails and find them
either disturbing (54%) or deeply disturbing (18%). Among liberal-identifying whites, support is shifting from Hillary (-27 since October
1st) to Donald Trump (78%) or Jill Stein (21%).
For voters who solely consume mainstream media only 28% are aware of the WikiLeaks emails and of those, only 8% are aware of the
content. For these voters Clinton leads Trump by +8.
Minority voters are less likely to consume alternative media (only 14%) and are less likely to be aware of the email leak (only 18% for males,
9% for females). Even with this group, enthusiasm is down 63 points compared to October 2008.
On other fronts, the counter-narrative is failing as well. Most heavy consumers of social media understand that the allegations against
Donald Trump of sexual misconduct have largely been debunked (77%). We understand that communications strategies in that space have
been unable to reduce the impact of this messaging. Worse, among white males in telephone polling 93% of them either approve (72%) or
strongly approve (21%) of Donald Trump’s hot-mic tape.
Only 39% of women approve of them however a majority (64%) say they ‘understand that confident men talk that way.’ In effect, these
allegations have been diffused.
On a positive note, most respondents who were liberal-leaning (83%) or Independent (59%) were unaware of the messaging front
concerning Bill Clinton’s sexual misconduct. While the vast majority (88%) were aware of consensual extra-marital relationships, the
mainstream media approach to the stories has left only 8% of liberal-leaning voters and only 19% of independents aware of the allegations
of rape.
On a disturbing note, some 70% of Republican-leaning voters are aware bussed-in voting, false-face operations, and dead-man’s-party
registration drives. This may necessitate severe strategy changes for November
