在小城城市政府部门工作的朋友们看过来

最近考虑要不要接一个政府部门的工作，是在审计组。我是有将近三年gap，准备重返职场，但是家里还是的照顾好，所以有了解情况的朋友，说说政府部门的work life balance 如何啊？

工作量可能不大，但是时间不灵活，需要坐班。仅是我们这里是情况。
