因为以前的人还没轮到得癌症就已经死掉了。即使在1950年,全世界的平均寿命也只有48岁!
还得什么癌症,感冒流感引起肺炎,伤口感染,百日咳,肺结核,拉肚子都分分钟死掉了。
因为其他毛病都有药能医治了,死不掉!

不过即使乳腺癌这种癌症基因研究相对较多的癌症,目前已经探明的基因,如BRCA1等,只能解释30%或更低的乳腺癌的发病。不过我个人觉得好多基因还没被研究透彻,尤其很多情况下是多个基因共同作用的结果,研究单个基因没法解释更多。如果未来研究发现癌症发病60%缘于基因,我也不会觉得惊奇。

两张图一起看,可以发现烟草消耗量和肺癌发病率的时间上的同步性(癌症发病于烟草消耗是有一定滞后性的)是很强的。

不过,环境确实会导致基因突变,或促进基因表达。所以在良好的生存环境里,癌基因会潜伏的更久一些
