请帮看看sprinkler地下管破裂

前阵子买的旧房子，最近开始捣腾院子发现sprinkler一个zone开启时，水从driveway下面冒上来。seller没有disclose，inspection也没测sprinkler。请问常规inspection都不测吗？
也只好自己修了，请大家支支招，是不是只有把driveway起了弄？
能否帮忙估下这个维修费用大致多少比较合理？

Find the beginning end of the sprinkler pipe, block to the old pipe,  redirect the pipe to outside the concrete.
