两个月以内是手术黄金期,因为对肝的损伤还很小.在美国手术已经很成熟了.尽快找好的儿科手术医生约手术吧,我知道有不少孩子做完手术后一切顺利的
肝脏移植是肝脏以后不行了,才考虑。
现在首先考虑的应该是尽快kasai 手术,让胆汁排出来,胆汁积累会损伤肝脏

一般会先做葛西手术,这个手术只有三分之一成功率,但是即使葛西失败它还是可以帮助排出一部分胆汁,为等待肝移植的供体争取一些时间。等孩子稍大一点,一两岁后吧,再做肝移植的话成功率会高很多
看了这个名字就在猜是不是日本人,查了一下果然是。

美国最好的儿科医院是费城儿童医院(chop) 和波士顿儿童医院。Kasai 手术就是Kasai当时在费城儿童医院chop学习时发明的。
