There are plenty Ipod armbands. You could use it, bind the ipod to your arm. Very easy. 1 G shuffle is pretty good enough. Super light weight and you can just leave it on and on.

我在iPOD里专门设了一个Running的playlist,整个list放一遍是65分钟左右。虽然我已经update过两次,但是听的还是腻味。现在每次跑步的时候都对自己说,回去一定要换,可是又找不到什么比较适合的音乐。我觉得吧,跑步时听的歌不一定是平时喜欢的,关键是要节奏感强,能协调跑步者的步伐。可是一个list里歌的曲风也不能太单调,原来我下了一些 dance music,头几首还可以但是之后每一首的节奏都差不多,无聊死了。
我现在的playlist里基本上是一首慢一首快,到30分钟以后2快一慢,跑到57-60分钟的最后一首歌是快歌。大家也分享一下你们跑步的时候听的歌吧,我急需给iPOD换血

能不能介绍一下哪儿去DOWN MP3啊.我没有IPOD,只有个小MP3PLAYER. 我用的是kugoo,一种专门down歌曲的p2p软件。挺方便的,mm可以试试看。 btw,你和菲比的健身日记我是天天都看的,已经成为我的动力了。

带着IPOD跑的时候很麻烦.. 不过不带却是极闷.. 买个armband吧,挺方便的。呵呵
