The headline for this article, based on the FACTS stated in the article, should be "Employment Among the Youngest and Oldest American Workers Worst Since 1985." You attempt to explain away the terrible participation numbers (which make the pitiful employment gains actually look good) by making guesses such as teens "want to focus on their studies", but you have no facts to back up your assertions. You uses a lot of words like "might" and "maybe" and statements such as "economist don't agree" to cast doubt on the meaning of the facts. But the truth is that true employment numbers are terrible. Try focusing on the real story next time instead of using presenting facts and then using drivel to obfuscate the truth. 你上面的这篇wsj的评价还算客观。
这就是靠谱选手跟不靠谱选手的不同。
如果他是靠谱选手，那么他完全可以引用under employment数据。可是他偏偏选择把学生，老残，家庭妇女，等等都变成失业者的百分比。给他两天时间，下次再说这话题说不定就把所有美国人都算上了，把新生婴儿也都算进去。
我看很多人支持他是因为好玩。现在支持率下降是因为对他越来越了解。
fed reserve迟迟不肯升息就是证据，他们的通告也差不多承认了这点。5.3%只是媒体和O8为了脸上贴金的一个手段
trump提到的spending problem也有道理。政府的tax 收入大概在2个trillion左右，其中一半来自于个人所得税。美国的债大概是18trillion。
我对trump的疑惑来自于不知道他的priority是什么，所以很难分析他到底打算如何酬钱。
随着对其他选手越来越了解，我反而认为trump 并不那么糟糕。。。
但同时我也觉得美国有点可怜，数十个选手，居然没一个特别靠铺
