I think Putin is sincere when he said "nobody cares a bit about human rights, including the rights to life". That "nobody" would cover all of the US politicians, all of the Syrian politicians, ISIL/ISIS, and all of the Russian politicians.
Putin only cares about keeping Assad in power because he's a puppet. He doesn't care about the human rights of the Syrian people. If anyone cares about human rights in the middle east, then they should advocate for the removal of both ISIL/ISIS and the Assad.

She can be at least charged with obstruction of justice, since she "wiped" some of her non-personal emails when she turned over the server.

Obstruction of justice requires intent. So far there are no evidence that Hillary Clinton intended for the work related emails to be deleted.

Motive is not intent, and the mere possibility of intent is not the standard for a grand jury indictment.
The standard of proof for a grand jury indictment is "probably" or "more likely than not", so far, there are not enough proofs. Until there are more concrete proofs, no federal prosecutor is going to touch this case with a ten foot pole.
You should read that article again. At no point does the article suggest any of the 3,900 emails were classified at the time they were sent. If you disagree, please cite the exact sentence(s) for reference.

Can you break down Trump's financials to prove your point? How do you know "obviously" he lied? If there is clear evidence, media will be all over it already! And he used the word "probably". The Republicans and the media is latching onto this story because there isn't anything else better to run. Clinton's had a big drop in support the last time she tried to run for President as well. Remember when no one knew who Obama was? Over 8 years, people forgot how boring she is. They're being reminded now, though.
