亚特兰大地区有个fulton county，南北细长，横穿亚城。
亚特兰大很特别，因为不同部分属于几个county, 所以学区就干脆以city为单位而不是 以 county为单位。于是fulton county 被拦腰斩断，south fulton 基本是黑人区，是 全国治安最差的地方，而north fulton 可以比全国最好的社区还要好， 南北的平均房 价差距大约在十倍左右。
由于学校的经费来自地产税，而且没有好的教师愿意住在充满犯罪和屁精的南部（著名 屁精变态野鸡就自豪地住在south fulton)，所以fulton 学区的南北差距也十分巨大, 于是奥黑驴以deversify为借口推动打乱就近入学原则，强迫学生每天坐两小时的车跨 区上学。结果呢，如果北方学生交换到南部，全家立即搬家，因为住着半米起价的房子 就是为了孩子上当地最好的学区。如果南部学生交换到北部，完全跟傻子一样，根本无 法适应，也被迫放弃。
另外，fulton county的警察基本被老黑垄断，虽然亚城名列全国犯罪率亚军（同时 north fulton 却是全国最安全的地方，south fulton 则很差），但他们个个养的膘肥 体壮。几年前曾经发生受审的罪犯当庭强走警察的强而逃脱的故事，可见警察之笨了。 他们为了维护小团体利益推行极端种族主义，只要不是老黑，一定要被排挤到无法生存 为之。从来不用考虑deversify的婊子牌坊了。

不是他们觉得trump会连任, 而是根据惯例, 现任总统在争取连任时自己党内一般没人出来challenge. 比如BUSH 2004, Obama 2012, etc.
