But if you want to use it to cook rice or porridge, there's a lot of requirement to meet. For example you have to preheat the jar as well as rice, and the water temperature must be very high. I failed 5 times before I succeeded, even though the cooked rice is not very tasty.

这个就是质量好点的保温杯啦，我记得我夏天的时候这里分享过，就用的costco有卖的那个保温杯，烧红豆绿豆汤，煮开灌进杯子，焖着，几个小时候之后倒进锅子加糖调味再滚一下。。。
我一直想用这个焖燕麦，我lg不肯，说燕麦太粘稠，杯子不是很好清洗，而且煮燕麦本来就几分钟而已。。。

有时候早上起来煮饺子馄饨，稍微煮一下放杯子里，我路上要40－50分钟，到公司正好焖熟吃

我有个象印的焖烧锅，是很好用，基本上晚上放进去排骨之类的东西，烧一会，放在那里，早上就能吃烂烂的排骨汤。

生米煮粥/米饭 是可以的 但手续比较复杂一点。就是一定要滚水热杯！水不够烫，很容易失败。我成功了一次 失败一次。

买了个这款粉色的， 12oz，比我想象的小。本来想做点红豆薏米粥的，结果米太多了，都泡发了，但是没成粥。。。。快被自己蠢哭了
以前最好的牌子是膳魔师，焖烧锅就是它家发明的。不过后来好像日本人退出经营，全卖给台湾人了。现在品质有没有和以前一样好，就不确定了。象印的品质应该也是很好的。
这也能叫广告贴?...这牌子大家都知道我做啥广告....
慢炖锅我还是不敢晚上或是人不在的时候用，焖烧锅就完全没有问题。其实吃之前再烧几分钟，味道就全出来了。
它家其他产品还行，我不爱吃米饭，电饭煲吃不出啥差别，电火锅很好用，整天煮东西，是我利用率最高的厨具。
