38周了，今天收到了collection service的一封催款信，涉及到我孕期作的一个检查的费用 事情是这样的，我孕期有一个ob开的检查，是在我network里的hospital下面的lab做的，大概百来刀的charge, 保险拒绝付，理由是该lab file 保险的时候就写了physician的名字，保险不recoginize是in network的charge, 于是我又打了两次电话给lab, 请他们refile这个项目，lab每次都说我们会try, 我收到两次账单后都给他们打了电话催他们refile insurance, 一直没有消息，然后我就收到了催债公司的信，信上有这么一段 Unless you notify this office within 30 days after receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will assume this debt is valid. If you notify this office in writing within 30 days from receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will obtain verification of the debt or obtain a copy of a judgement and mail you a copy of such judgment or verification. 请有过类似经验的mm帮着看看，我现在是应该和collection service打交道呢，还是去lab再让他们refile insurance, 还是到保险去dispute呢？ 真头疼，请大家帮帮忙，多谢！
