They don't honor the price even with your confirmation letter showing the 40% has already applied. Just talked to them, all they can say it is "sorry i can not apply the discount".

她们家感觉不划算可以cancel 单子呀,无可厚非的。我在amzon上面有一次看到成盒子的巧克力,原价180多的,只要20多刀一盒,马上抢了2盒,后来给cancel了,很正常。
 
货给ship了,但是按原价或者标明final sale就恶心了,这样会失去很多顾客的。

我按照你的做法做了,他们店的网络人员应该正在改标签,我买的一件开司米点来点去才几秒的功夫就已经标上final sale的tag了

什么世道,我马上联系信用卡公司,信用卡公司把我备注了,她说一般要3天左右,如果有问题,到时候再dispute。。。

我觉得大家不用拒收包裹,他们不敢这么名目张胆的来欺骗消费者。。。

我的单子钱也是charge的40 OFF前的,刚给客服打电话,说当天那个CODE不能WORK, 我的东西已经都运出来了,现在客服说会再给我寄return的shipping lable, 然后让我收到所有东西把东西再寄回去退了,他们收到东西后再退钱。

 我本来只用了40% OFF, 都寄出来了, SHIPPING CONFIRMATION上面的金额也对,信用卡也是一样的金额,不过是PENDING。可是现在信用卡上的TRANSACTION不见了, 怀疑是不是他家在重新CHARGE 那个BEFORE 40% OFF 的金额。拭目以待吧~

16号charge了一笔,还在pending
19号又charge了一笔,倒是40% 以后的总价,pending
同样19号,之前那笔charge又给refund回来了,这个refund也是pending
总之,账上一共三笔pending charge,正负抵消还是40% off之后的价格,貌似他家在frustrated到底要charge 多少钱。。一个字:乱!!

可能明天能收到衣服了 再看看 receipt上面怎么写的
我觉得应该没有问题
我买的时候都不是final sale的
不过现在都变成final sale了价格比我当时买的时候便宜
 
不过我order的早 13号就下单了
不过也是17号才运出来

刚查了CC,被CHARGE了40 OFF前的AMOUNT,还有一笔在PENDING,想请问一下,现在我可以去DISPUTE吗,还是等到收到PACKAGE再DISPUTE。没这方面经验,以后上网买东西真的是要远离这家公司了,就算价格如何诱惑。

快被气晕了,一点解决问题的意思都没有,就抓着说我用别人的code,所以后来review发现了就charge了折扣前的价格。哪有这样的商家?

I ordered 6 items from Talbots.com on Jan 16 with the promotion code. The order was confirmed to be $95.02.  Days later, Talbots refuse to pay the promotion price which was already committed and confirmed. This is a credit fraud. I know may customers like me have the same experience.

直接打电话,他们会发封信给你,让你填张表。好像10天还2星期必须寄回去。然后信用卡公司就不付talbots了。我是citi。前段时间刚dispute了tmobile。买了他家的repaid的100块钱的卡,他愣是把我帐号都丢了,不能用。我打了无数电话给tmobile,他们把我转来转去,因为找不到我的帐号。最后我一怒之下dispute信用卡,都是买了卡半年后的事情了,把钱要回来了。

mine is chase freedom...
Go to your chase CC account -->click "Customer Center"---> find a link under "credit card" stated as "Dispute a charge"

我就一口咬定talbots是故意放出code,让大家狂买,再趁大家不注意,多charge钱,
而且不管code是别人的也好,不能用在final sale也要,在他家的网页上确实work了,不是吗?
很多人也是看到work以后的结果,才submit order的呀!
而且他们解决问题的方法有很多种,为什么偏偏选择偷偷的charge更多的钱呢? 这不是填堵吗?

这不是fraud,那又是什么呢?

我的都收到了,信用卡也charge了,没有多收,receipt上也没有写final。不过我只买了我确定要的三件东西。
