直接打电话,他们会发封信给你,让你填张表。好像10天还2星期必须寄回去。然后信用卡公司就不付talbots了。我是citi。前段时间刚dispute了tmobile。买了他家的repaid的100块钱的卡,他愣是把我帐号都丢了,不能用。我打了无数电话给tmobile,他们把我转来转去,因为找不到我的帐号。最后我一怒之下dispute信用卡,都是买了卡半年后的事情了,把钱要回来了。

Go to your chase CC account -->click "Customer Center"---> find a link under "credit card" stated as "Dispute a charge"

而且不管code是别人的也好,不能用在final sale也要,在他家的网页上确实work了,不是吗?
很多人也是看到work以后的结果,才submit order的呀!
而且他们解决问题的方法有很多种,为什么偏偏选择偷偷的charge更多的钱呢? 这不是填堵吗?
这不是fraud,那又是什么呢?
