首先做仰卧抬腿。30个一组,做4组。做这个的时候要尽量慢举慢放,效果更好。

注意,脚尖向前,脚跟向后,整个脚与地面平行,身体尽量在一条直线上,不要把上身曲向前面。另一条腿绻起来。速度不要象她那么快,要慢些。腿抬起来太猛的话,肌肉会变得太发达,不好看了。如果做完了,屁屁侧面不酸,你就没做对哦。
这个每条腿做20个,最后一个要抬起来后停15秒,慢慢放下,再换另一条腿。也是做4组。

是啊,是挺累的。。。。美美可以试一试先只做两组,不要做4组,不然第二天浑身痛得走不了路就没有兴趣坚持拉!

以前从网上看来的,当时曾经很积极的练过一阵儿,还真是有效,特别是小腹部平坦了许多。可惜啊。。。。我没有恒心。。。。(打自己pp ! )
