看了BBC纪录片The truth about exercise. 可以通过基因测试看how much someone will respond to aerobic fitness exercises. Guess what again? 有些人是油盐不进类 (non-responder), which means, in a nutshell, that his level of aerobic fitness will not improve regardless of what he does in the gym。

Skeptical about current government exercise guidelines, Timmons employs genetic testing to assess a subject's response to activity. And what did Timmons find? He discovered people respond very differently to exercise - but more importantly, Timmons learned how an alarming percentage of people barely respond to exercise at all. This difference in exercise response can be broken down into roughly three groups: Super-Responders. In one group, you have super-responders who react to exercise well. If you find yourself amongst this lucky 15% of the population, you can expect to experience a huge benefit from workouts. In this group, you will also experience the best results following the government exercise guidelines. In muscle building terms, you will be an easy gainer. Average-Responders. In the next group, you have average-responders. If you find yourself amongst this 65% of the population, you can expect to experience moderate benefits from exercise and enjoy typical results following the government exercise guidelines. In muscle building terms, you will be an average gainer. Non-Responders. In this final group, you have non-responders who react to exercise poorly. If you find yourself amongst this unlucky 20% of the population, you can expect to experience negligible benefit from exercise. Blood and calcium are brought to the bones. Working against gravity strengthens the bones. The organs of the immune system within the bones (red marrow) are boosted.
The lymph nodes are massaged, lymph is pumped throughout the body, and white blood cells are distributed throughout the body as the lymphatic system works more efficiently.
There is compression and extension to the thymus, spleen, appendix and intestines; lungs are stretched and flushed out by increased blood circulation. The endocrine glands are encouraged to secrete appropriate hormones, and the communication between hormones and various glands and systems of the body is perfected. Toxins and waste are eliminated through the organs of elimination.

第一条,我爹妈都不爱吃,我妈更是,甜得,油的都不太吃,所以都是瘦子。我基因变异。

这个记录片太打击人了,今天刚决定扎进健身房。。。。。唉。。。。不过LZ是我的榜样,版上好多牛人啊
虽然人不胜天,健身还是能带来很多好处滴~~~ 加油!
看了总结就不要看片子了,看了更郁闷。

BBC还有一部, The truth about exercise, 也挺有意思. 油管有. 我昨晚没看完. 谢红姐的推荐,看完以后发现俺估计也是个none responder :(( 但是,还是要折腾 ,好处太多了,不止是减肥。

denali national park 的熊袭击加州的一个hiker致死。据说是拍照离太近了。还是要小心。
看了那个 truth about exercise。我对里面关于HIIT 3 mins 和锻炼2-3 hrs 有等同效果严重怀疑。这study是咋做出来滴。

嗯~最近熊都出来屯食物了。 都跑到我们食堂附近来了。是妈妈带着宝宝的。 要说AK这边每年不知道死多少hiker呢!有迷路死的,有冷死的,有被咬死的,有摔死的,有被杀死的,有自杀死的。。。8月初我们基地有个小伙子自己跑去渺无人烟的地方,身上绑了C4自爆身亡了。。。忒诡异了。

奔个现在状态, 老了, 质地力度都不中用了~~~ 鉴于以后越来越老, 还是凑合奔个

等的空闲说下热瑜伽美肤的好处。昨天跟同事出去腐败。 一白女说自己下去wrap, 皮肤好滑呀~然后大家就轮流互摸。。。我摸到她的手臂还没有我的嫩,滑。。。也没好意思说。结果白女自己叫起来,呀你的皮肤怎么这么滑啊 你也wrap了么? 答曰:热瑜伽的bonus benefit。俺啥也没擦~
