We have successfully implemented many of the necessary fixes that have allowed thousands of orders to be processed through our site and we continue to work tirelessly to get back to 100%. Many people are now able to place their orders themselves and have. And our team has processed thousands behind the scenes. With that said, I want to address a few questions and concerns I know many of you have:
I emailed/phoned-in my order, did you receive it?
Yes, absolutely. Regardless of whether you emailed me directly, any of my team members, through the website contact link, or left your order on our voice mail, we have it. The entire ecomom team has been working around the clock to make sure we get all orders processed as fast as we can. I checked back on the site but now the items I want are out of stock.
I am 100% committed to making sure you are able to take advantage of our great deal. If you are trying to order items that are out of stock, please email your order to [email protected] by midnight Pacific Time today, Wednesday November 30th, and we will absolutely include those in our Black Friday deal. We are restocking virtually everything that can be restocked (with rare exception such as when an item has been discontinued or isn't available from the manufacturer) and we have trucks arriving at our warehouse around the clock. You will be able to purchase the items you wanted at the prices promised in our promotion. How will I place my order once items are back in stock?
If you already sent us an email but haven't had your order processed -- either by our team or you doing it through the site -- we will send you an email with instructions on how to complete this purchase.
