想在老二出生的时候再改FSA里的金额数，可行吗？
比如我们现在只放个300块，假设明年12月分的时候宝宝出生，等到生了以后再把钱加到5000，这样的话还能补报生产和怀孕期间检查的费用，以及前十一个月其他的医疗费用吗？

生了孩子之后改FSA的数目看来是没问题的，改了之后能用到之前（同一年的）发生的医疗费用上去吗？
即生完了加了FSA里的钱了再报生产和孕期检查的帐单可以吗？
不可以用在生孩子之前的花销。我刚问过我们公司HR，她说连delivery cost都不行，因为那时孩子还没出来。但可以用于之后的住院费。
如果新加进FSA的钱不让用在之前的费用上的话，还真是头疼不知道要放多少了。唉

MM可以选择多放啊，等生完后再根据实际花费把剩下的FSA额度放低。re－election之前放的钱可以用于全年的。
