TMTG今年第2季营收83.7万美元，却亏损1640万美元，市值也从高峰的逾80亿美元滑落到目前43亿美元。目前川普持有TMTG近6成股份，9月禁售期届满后，川普就有权力把持股兑现。
经纪商MDB Capital总裁巴塞内斯（Lou Basenese）认为，TMTG股价依循的是投票机制，而非投资机制，因此将估值与基本面一起考量是“没有意义”的，而是“一直按照输赢的机率做交易”，现在选情变得紧绷，川普胜选机率下降，导致股价下滑，但也可能真的与禁售期即将结束有关。
预测网站PredictIt显示，目前政治赌盘川普对贺锦丽的胜率已是46对56，贺锦丽领先10，与先前的情况呈强烈对比，川普7月中遇刺时，胜率曾达到69，而贺锦丽当时只有13，如今显示贺锦丽确认出线后，政治赌盘对选情的预测快速翻盘。
