伊维菌素是老药了，早就被FDA批准使用了，只是批准的是用来治疗寄生虫病的，安全性应该没有问题。
魔鬼就在细节中。
去年六月份有一篇研究文章，说这个药可以抑制新冠病毒的复制。
听上去很振奋啊有木有？
且慢！
首先，这个是在试管里发现的。
原来只是个体外试验，而已。业界有个大咖在国际会议期间休会时讲过一句话，是针对只有体外试验的结果就闻鸡起舞的人说的，“病毒就是泡在S***里，也会被杀灭”。
更重要的是，这个试验需要伊维菌素在试管里的浓度达到 2.5 uM的时候，才有抑制新冠病毒复制的效果。
可人体服用伊维菌素治疗寄生虫病的时候，血液里的药物浓度只是 25 nM。
差了 100 倍。
100 倍啊 100 倍！
你能药房里找个处方药，然后用 100 倍的剂量就试吃？
100倍的馒头也会噎死你，何况这是处方药，还是个杀虫药。
后续的研究，有十几个临床试验，效果均不理想。
早就有大量的实践和统计了.
而且, IVM不是杀毒药物. 你想体外杀毒,最好直接应次氯酸钠.
