They often progress fast in BJJ.
Recently, I learnt from a wrestler a neck exercise. "To defend against whiplash" he said. :-)

要开挺长一段乡间小路,我们俩都注意到一辆卡车一直紧紧追在我们车后。老实讲,我俩都有点害怕。到了一个红灯前不得不停下,女儿对我说,妈妈,要是那个车里的人上来攻击我们,我就扑上去一个single leg (摔跤技巧之一)把他扑倒,你赶紧上去使劲踢他的头,完了我们马上开车跑。我使劲点头。好在红灯转绿我们开走了,也很快进入了小区。当时没考虑到要是坏人有枪怎么办,但真的很欣慰有个心理体力都强健的女儿。
我每回自己去林子里跑步的时候就想如果碰上坏人 比我壮的没我跑的快 跑的比我快的应该没有我这么有肌肉 我就一拳撂倒他
