No, but there are different "theories" in physics that are literally "foreign" to each other. General relativity (GR) and quantum mechanics (QM) still can't form an unified theory. One major cause is that they don't share the same view about reality while both seem valid.
Physics only involves the physical reality, and it is already giving such a headache. Medicine involves the life form and further, consciousness, which only makes the situation more complex. Western medicine and Chinese medicine don't share the same view about reality. They are theories foreign to each other.
If you are bright enough you can probably fuse these two disciplines together and create one science of medicine.
You can try with GR and QM first. It may be even easier.
