Assuming no delay for the flight and getting a rental car, the earliest you can get to preikstolen is around 5-6pm. Hiking to pulpit rock is still possible since sunset is around 10-11 pm in the summer, but that makes an extremely long first day. If you stay in stavenger for the night, I recommend take the ferry from lauvvik to lysebolton. This save you time and energy, the alternative is a 3 hour drive. The kjeragbolten hike is about 7 miles and takes about 5-6 hour. To make the trolltunga hike the next day, you then have to drive 5 hours to Odda afterward.
I would recommend starting hike to trolltunga from P3, rather than P2. This save you the boring uphill walk along the road. P3 parking requires advance reservation, which at this point is probably all gone. However, there is shuttle from P2 to P3 every 30 minutes. Even from P3, round trip to trolltunga is around 13 miles and takes about 7-8 hours depending on your speed. Make sure pack your lunch the day before. If you getting to odda late the day before, there are no good options to getting food, we had to buy premade sandwiches from gas station, but it works. After the hike, drive to Bergen is about 4 hours with ferry crossing. Again this make another long day. Rest of the Norway trip looks fine, but I can't comment since we didn't make it up north. Good luck
