我所在 的 team 有大约500 人， under 一个小 VP。
到目前为止，今年暑假我们这个 team 招了9个 CS interns, 具体数据如下：

现在第一周，我看到他们都很外向 和 proactive， 主动找人谈话和提问题。做 intern 最忌一点是整天坐在自己的cubical， 不跟人互动。
