Grab this opportunity! Try to assign them something that you have been doing so your overall workload remains the same or even less. Don't think too much about it, and most importantly don't regard this as a burden. Done right, this could be your first step of becoming a boss.
我的经理刚到岗 4 个月,目前我们团队由 2 名工程师(包括我)和 2 名 Technician 组成。最近,经理希望我负责管理这几位 Technician,但我对此有些犹豫,希望大家能给些建议。
说实话,这几位 Technician 各有特点,管理起来并不容易,我不确定自己能否真正 hold 住他们。同时,我手头的任务已经很繁重,精力是否够用也是个问题。此外,我们团队本就人员精简,这样的调整是否会让组织架构变得过于复杂,也是我考虑的一点。
但另一方面,如果未来想在职业发展上更进一步,管理经验是必须要积累的。
