不同州的法律不同,不同公司的政策也不同。
在网上斩钉截铁地告诉你“是”或“否”的意见,都是根据自己经历的猜测,除非回答问题的人是你现公司或新公司的人事。
现在正规的背景调查基本上都是外包,调查什么都有定例,然后公司按定例付钱。别说临时改不了,即使要改,那得多花多少钱呐。
最主要的是这两个问题在你看来非常严重,但是对聘方来说根本不是大事儿。
聘方看的是你的能力,聘方经理在职场也是一步步走过来的,明白一个人在A不得意, 不等于在B也做不好。

一般人事处只证实employment dates。
如果新公司一定要supervisor的电话。那你只能给了。如果feedback负面的。也不要多担心。因为不是你能控制的。
新公司要了几个reference?如果有几个。那不用那么担心一个负面的feedback。
开会走神,口语不好,
还能够做到经理级别。
你根本用不着多听别人的意见,
继续做适合自己个性的职业,事情就好了。
关键是公司找到一个靠谱的人,去干活。
如果觉得担心,就把两个职位都列上,并排。
新公司问起,就说老公司给了两个头衔,便于跟客户打交道。其实做的是同样的事情。
技术岗位和管理岗位,只要级别一样就行。他们不会太在乎
前者可能是无意的,后者绝对是故意的。
