但是我有时无意间会搞错,直呼其姓,多半我的上司会挑出来教育我一番。
我也见到有人搞混后意识到了,特地追上一封邮件道歉
熟人之间,或是名人,可直接称姓,比如莎士比亚,没人说 Mr. Shakespeare.
如果在乎 (完全应该),马上说,别不好意思。 否则对方不知道你在乎,而你一见他的邮件就来气。某日忍不住爆发了,对方还挺委屈。说了,大家皆大欢喜。
在回答邮件之后/聊天儿时可以说: by the way, my first name is Shi Jie, and I'd like to be addressed by my first name.
或者: by the way,Xu is my last name. I'd rather to be addressed as Mr. Xu. or you can use my first name。。。 (见上)
对方要不改,咱再说不改如何对付。
