人非常老实,HR没有积极的给他办绿卡他都不懂去催,后来还是我督促他赶紧把绿卡搞定,他儿子还有2年就要上大学了。没身份麻烦
HR 永远和经理站一起,除非明显的违反code. 这种情况,做好搜集材料证据工作。往来主要电邮,写下经理让做的。记住了,该小同学现在比较难,但是这个历练会对将来有很大的帮助。让TA明白:人际关系是第一位,技术、能力、贡献都是次要的。现在找新工作吧!
