Since driving the car is not an issue, I will make the easy tries first. I already bought an O2 sensor but fearing it may not do anything and the trouble of getting under the car to replace it. I will try the cleanings first and see what happens, and start from there and then the more difficult ones if not working.

I owed a 2009 Honda LXP as well, and this one. Both are burning oil since the day I bought them. Other than this problem, both are very good to me since after over 260K miles, they never went in for any services, only oil change, brake pads changes and filters etc., which are done by myself.

O2 sensors在行车时的电压变化状态吗？有无其他的engine code?
车龄长了，状态老化，接近临界点，不只一处与空气相关的动态异常都可能导致这种状态来去不定的现象。在换件之前，尝试清洗看看效果。上下游传感器最好拆下来清洗。cat clean有不少方法可以尝试。
如果valve gasket有明显老化，尽快更换。根据机油的具体情况，可以试着缩短一些更换周期。

I already bought a sensor but due to the effort to change, I forgo it for now, pending cleaning results
