培训的东西包括行业规范,软件系统的应用,答疑等等。
这些培训在外面的职业学校上大课至少60块一小时。
我的这些知识和现工作单位无关,都是自己花钱学的。我以前不计较,领导让教就教,同事有问必答,但现在寒心了。

实际的职场之中,大约有那么超过一半的人,是懂得感恩的。但绝不是全部。对那些忘恩负义的人,确实是需要花一些心思去如何和他们打交道。
通常,我不会告诉他们关键的地方。
把对新同事的培训项目列一个清单,越详细越好,然后扩展为项目提案,估计出所需时间。跟领导说你根据公司的需求设计了一个培训方案,天花乱坠地从公司,特别是领导的利益角度讲这个提案的重要性。等领导同意了,按时间要钱。
经验积累多了,以后不仅做技术合同工,还可以做培训咨询。
至于平常同事问问题,该答还是要答。

肯定听说过assertive这个词儿。不敢面对现实,一昧退让,为建立良好关系而建立良好关系是成不了大事的。
一个人只有通过有理有据,不卑不亢的沟通方式来显示自己有能力坚持自己的立场,才能和他人建立起平等的良好关系,才能获得尊重,才能成大事。

1, 你可以说, 我的contract是做开发, 做developer, 不是training. training不是我的contract约定的内容. 就比如说, 你雇我是做秘书, 可是你让我去扫厕所, 我不能做. 如果你要让我做training, 就要按training consultant付钱.
2, 不过做开发, 或者做training, 都是你的工作, 雇主有付钱给你就可以了, 不要期望人来"感恩"你. 中国人往往有错误的思维, 老板觉得给了员工工作, 要员工感恩老板. 员工觉得自己为老板的生意辛苦, 要老板感恩员工. 就是雇佣关系, 没有什么感恩的. 同样, 你培训了别人, 是你的工作, 老板有付你工资, 所以别人不需要感恩你, 摆正心态. (除非你的技术是独门绝技....)

可以把东西搞成很多小模块,但是又不是太串在一起的。慢慢教。让对方学到一些东西。但又不是完整的功夫。
我没这样做。因为我不在乎走人,我们的单位是公众资金。我不在乎那些靠关系进来的人学会一些做事的基本技能。因为我阻止不了那种裙带关系。

公司尝试过要contractor带徒弟,后来发现徒弟们越带越傻,就免廖。
当年受MBA培训的时候,当场请教培训师关于利益最大化和雇主/雇员间的双向忠诚的关系,人家选择保持沉默。
你并没有白教,一个活给你本来是8小時完成,現因為中间要教小年青花了时间,变成了16小时完成,你收了$/h*8的陪训费,不是吗?
如果合同工拿着合同做为理由不培训,员工拿着job description 做为理由不培训,管理人员认为这是不想干了。不愿意教人是犯忌的。
当然你可以但心教了小年青,他们不要你了。如果这个东西是比较死板的,教后真的可以轻易不需要你,你得拥有除此以外另的技能(卖点)才行,否则被替代是迟早的事

果合同中不包括 training, 那他们就沒pay 你 training fee. 自然你就没义务。
不愿意做正式员工的,因为做合同工赚钱多,加上牛也不容易被炒,公司有时候会要这种人赔训一下他人。这种情况下赔训他人决不是为了要炒这个人,说实在的,一个技术牛的人在市场上也不是那么容易抓到,一但找到一个都被公司牢牢抓着呢
