这个周末,如 Moonriver 建议,通过Bypassing CTS(coolant Temp sensor)Thermo-switch,fans working properly, ruled out Fans problems(wiring, relay,fuse and Motor). 同时发现Lower Hose 温度大大低于upper hose, 说明冷却循环有问题造成驻车升温,如足版指出Thermostat 有最大可能。
采购CTS和Thermostat,具体更换细节就不详列了,就是个拆解和安装过程。同时更换coolant,机油,部分ATF,flush Power steering fluid, replacing PS pump o-rings(winning noise).
试车后, 温度升温正常,行驶和驻车时稳定在85左右,Parking状态下,如TBZ建议,Rev up engine to heat up over 90c. (94-96 exact), fans starting working (AC off). 测试换下的Thermostat, yes, it is bad. (in boiled water, only minor opening), 换下的CTS seems okay,还未测试(当备用吧)。

That is why every time change water pump, recommended change related parts such as pullys, thermostat, belt, etc. ____________ Both leadships are very sharp.
Thermostat should be located close to Upper hose (as many diagram showing), which is not the case in Honda, it(Thermo Housing) is located on Lower (return)line by engine block, not upper line.
没错, it is what i figured out as well, Fans CTS switch didn't
reach to its threshold to engage fans as Thermo stuck; was on wrong direction at early diagnose stage as not sure which CTS control what, and even not clear on coolant flowing routes. after checking online diagram, not many though, figured out it was opposite to my thoughts.

大体症状是发动机温度行车时正常,仅在驻车状态下持续升高,几次开盖观察,未见风扇启动,没有CODES;临时解决方法是开启AC强制启动两个风扇降温以免发动机过热造成不可逆损坏。

Thermostat是被OBD 监控的部件,如果温度超过额定的话应该有code。
ECU只知道线路通不通sensor 有没信号出来,thermostat 本身就不是啥sensor,就一温度阀而己,连根电线都没有。
一开始就应该去摸摸radiator 热不热。

或者控制风扇的Sensor 不能闭合电路启动风扇也是一种可能。
还有换coolant
1. 油耗,油耗突然变化,升高,必是有问题
2. 冷却剂温度,现在的车很多参数设置和温度相关
剩下的只要没CODES,就没必要费心了,常规保养足够了
是靠近节温器的ECT的读数【转换成的模拟或数字温度】,另一个是散热风扇温控开关switch,当然PCM也会依据ECT和其它数据控制风扇开启并调节转速,如A/C开启等。
很有趣的问题。

when it opens the ine opens when it shuts the whole line is closed.

因为不是总是过温,以为是等红灯时风扇问题,一开始思路就错了
你之前的radiator 就没热夠过,TCS自然就不接通,风扇自然就不会转。

最关键的故障radiator 不夠热一开始起就给忽视掉了.
的探头一定是散热片的温度。 按理说THERMOSTAT坏掉是常见的发动机过热原因之一,但是楼主说手动启动风扇,发动机温度就降下来又似乎不是THERMOSTAT问题。 可能这里比较烧脑的是THERMOSTAT没完全坏掉,更让人晕。另外楼主说换了防冻液,没准是THERMOSTAT 和 防冻液通道同时有点问题?
还不至于完全不能开风扇散热,只是循环达不到把热量都带出来热到能启动风扇而已。
这问题的关键症状是radiator进出管温度差太多,本来出口管应该比进口管冷点儿但不应该差太多。
可能问题还不严重,处于早期发展阶段,thermostat 半开半合,驾驶中没啥,温度在正常偏上水平,一旦停车过长,又是夏季,风冷作用完全没有了,温度显示升高,一般此刻冷却风扇开启补偿风冷作用,观察结果是风扇不启动,就想当然认为风扇系统有问题;但是手动开启AC后,风扇启动,仪表显示降温。所以开始方向就偏了,纠结于哪个温感sensor控制风扇。现在Sensor和thermostat都换了,估计thermostat 不冤,sensor 吗,肯定有被殃及池鱼的。以
固定线路,每次相同,这不太可能。
